Drum rounders

They are closed cycle mills (dry or with water) which with their rotary movement form pebbles starting from aggregates.

Loading and unloading operations can be manual or completely automatic managed by PLC.

By acting on the rotation speed and residence times inside the drum, pebbles can be obtained from different types of aggregates with different degrees of rounding.

Usually the rounders are followed by a rotating sieve to separate the different sizes of pebbles.
